Spielen Muskarinrezeptoren in der Harnblasen- | |||||
Muskarinische Acetycholin-Rezeptoren wurden in der Harnblase außer auf den glatten Muskelzellen des
Detrusors und auf den efferenten parasympathischen Nervenzellen auch auf Urothelzellen, interstitiellen
Zellen und afferenten sensorischen Nerven nachgewiesen. Das läßt die Möglichkeit zu, daß während der
Speicherphase aus Nervenzellen und/oder anderen Quellen wie z. B. Urothelzellen freigesetztes Acetylcholin
afferente Nerven erregt. Daher wird über die Rolle eines solchen Mechanismus in der Pathophysiologie der
überaktiven Blase spekuliert [1].
